PRIVATE EXECUTIVE COACHING | SIX MONTHS

THE FORGE.

For the corporate professional who isn’t looking for just another job. You’re looking for the one worth leaving for.

BETTER TITLES. BIGGER PAYCHECKS. BETTER ROOMS.

A woman in a black top and wide brown trousers walking barefoot across a pale studio in a blur of motion, red patent shoes in hand.

Six months of private, one-on-one strategy with one objective:

Land the role you’ve been dreaming about,

with the title, compensation, authority, & flexibility to match.

Six months of private executive growth strategy with me. Direct access between sessions. And a plan built around the role you actually want, the compensation you expect, the reputation you need, and the people who can help make it happen.

6 MONTHS | EXECUTIVE POSITIONING | 12 PRIVATE SESSIONS

YOU ARE SMART. EXPERIENCED. RESPECTED.

The person everyone trusts. The one who: Figures it out. Gets the call when something goes wrong. Can always take on more...

And you feel like you’re expected to be grateful for operating at 150% of your capacity... but only 30–40% of your potential.

But the same thought keeps nagging you... How am I still doing THIS?

Wanting more does not mean you don’t appreciate what you have—It means you know what you’re capable of, and you’re not going to settle for less.

This is NOT about becoming an influencer—It’s about becoming influential.

The person who could offer you your dream role. Double your salary or put you in a room you’ve spent years working toward... Might have no idea you exist if you’ve spent years building your reputation inside just ONE company.

The people getting the opportunities you want aren’t necessarily better at what they do... More people just know what they’re good at.

Their names come up in conversations they’re not in. They’re considered for opportunities they haven’t applied for. People think of them before there’s even a position to fill.

This is the work we do in The Forge.

FROM DOING THE WORK TO BEING THE PERSON THEY WANT LEADING IT.

You don’t need another degree. A few more years of experience. Or another year being the person everyone depends on.

You need people to see you as the person who should be running something bigger.

Trailing pothos vines climbing a pale weathered concrete pillar, ferns and soft green light behind.

THE SHIFT

THE WORK CHANGES HERE.

You’ve spent years being the person who makes everyone else’s big decisions work. Now it’s time to be the person making those decisions.

Not just getting a seat at the table. Having a say in what happens there. What gets built. Where the money goes. Who gets hired. What comes next.

Because there’s a difference between being needed to do the work and being wanted to lead it.

And that difference changes everything. The people who want to know you. The rooms you belong in. The opportunities that come to you. The money you’re paid. And how much of your life you have to give up to earn it.

EIGHT THINGS WE’LL WORK ON TO GET YOU THERE.

  1. 01

    HAVE AN OPINION WORTH HEARING.

You know your industry. You know what’s working, what’s broken, and what could be better. Stop keeping those ideas to yourself. Share them with people who have the power to do something about them.
  2. 02

    MAKE YOUR WORDS COUNT.

When you speak, people should understand your point. When you write, they should know what matters. And when you leave a room, they should remember what you said and why it matters.
  3. 03

    UNDERSTAND WHO MAKES THE DECISIONS.

Good ideas don’t always win. People make decisions. Learn who those people are, what they care about, and how to make a case they can get behind. You don’t need to become someone else to get their attention.
  4. 04

KNOW PEOPLE WHO CAN CHANGE YOUR CAREER.

Your next opportunity may come from someone you’ve never worked for. Build real relationships with people above your current level, outside your department, and at companies you’d love to work for. Give them a reason to know your name before you need anything.
  5. 05

MAKE SURE YOUR BOSS ISN’T THE ONLY PERSON WHO KNOWS HOW GOOD YOU ARE.

Doing excellent work is one thing. Making sure the right people know about it is another. The people choosing the next executive, board member, or industry speaker should already have a reason to think of you.
  6. 06

STOP WAITING TO BE GIVEN THE NEXT PROBLEM.

You already know how to solve problems. Now show people you can see them coming. Bring the idea before someone asks. Recommend the next move. Be the person who helps decide what happens, not just the person who makes it happen.
  7. 07

    TELL PEOPLE WHAT YOU WANT.

The bigger title. The team you want to lead. The salary you want to earn. The decisions you want to own.Say it. Clearly. Then, stop talking.Nobody can help you get somewhere if they don’t know where you’re trying to go.
  8. 08

YOU DON’T NEED THE TITLE BEFORE YOU CAN THINK LIKE A LEADER.

Speak with conviction. Make decisions. Take responsibility for the outcome. Know when to step in and when to let someone else do the work. Give people a reason to trust you with more before they’re asked to.

YOU WILL KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THIS FEELS LIKE...

  • You have opinions and ideas worth hearing. But most of them have never left your head.

  • You keep seeing people who know less than you get more attention than you. They’re on the stage. In the articles. Getting invited into rooms you’ve never been asked to enter.

  • Recruiters love calling you. Just never about the jobs you actually want. It’s always another version of the one you already have.

  • Your workload keeps growing. Your authority and paycheck? Not nearly as fast.

  • You’re the person making things happen behind the scenes. And someone else keeps getting to tell the room what happened.

  • You make the kind of money you used to dream about. But by the time you get home, there’s barely enough of you left to enjoy the life it’s paying for.

  • You have the job you once wanted so badly. Now that you’re in it, you can’t remember the last time you felt excited about it.

  • There’s something bigger you want to do. You just haven’t had the nerve to say it out loud yet.

  • They trust you to keep everything running. Just not to run it. You’re the person they turn to when something needs to get done. When things go wrong. When someone needs to take charge. But when it’s time to decide who’s actually in charge, they choose someone else.

  • You’re still waiting for something you’ve already worked for. The title. The raise. The Influence. The chance to finally do the job you’ve spent years proving you can do.

Black and white portrait of a woman with her hair loosely pinned up, in a white shirt, seated in a pale armchair speaking on a black telephone receiver.

None of this means you did anything wrong. You became exceptionally good at being the person everyone depends on.

Now we’re going to make sure you’re also the person they think of when it’s time to choose who leads.

WHAT WE BUILD

  1. 01Your leadership.
  2. 02Your authority.
  3. 03Your presence.
  4. 04Your point of view.
  5. 05Your visibility inside your company and across your industry.
  6. 06Your network at the levels above you.
  7. 07Your relationship with ambition, power and money.
  8. 08And the position you hold in the minds of the people who decide what happens next.

Being good at what you do got you here. Being known for it changes where you go next.

You don’t need me to teach you how to be better at your job. You need the people making bigger decisions to know what you’re capable of, understand what that’s worth, and see you as someone they want on their team.

WHAT SIX MONTHS CHANGES

  1. 01

    YOUR NAME GETS THERE FIRST.

People who have never met you already know who you are. What you’re exceptionally good at. What you’ve accomplished. And why you’re someone worth knowing.

  2. 02

YOU STOP WONDERING IF YOU BELONG IN THE ROOM.

You walk into important meetings knowing exactly what you bring to the table. You speak with authority. People listen. And instead of waiting for a chance to contribute, you’re helping decide what happens next.

  3. 03

YOUR IDEAS START OPENING DOORS FOR YOU.

Something you said gets repeated in a meeting you weren’t invited to. Someone shares your work. Your point of view reaches people you’ve never met. And when it does, your name stays attached.

  4. 04

YOU STOP GETTING OFFERED MORE OF THE SAME THING.

Bigger roles. Better compensation. More influence. Board seats. Speaking invitations. Opportunities that would have felt out of reach six months ago. You’re no longer having conversations about what you’ve already proven you can do. You’re having conversations about what you could do next.

  5. 05

YOU SAY YOUR NUMBER. AND STOP TALKING.

You know what your experience is worth. You know what you want to earn. And when it’s time to negotiate, you say the number without apologizing, explaining it away, or offering a discount before anyone asks.

  6. 06

    YOU STOP BEING EVERYONE’S SOLUTION.

You can be exceptional at your job without doing everyone else’s. You know what deserves your attention, what belongs to someone else, and when to say no. And you can do it without losing the respect or relationships you’ve worked so hard to earn.

  7. 07

THE RIGHT PEOPLE START COMING TO YOU.

Your name comes up when opportunities are discussed. People make introductions without being asked. Someone reaches out because someone else told them they needed to meet you. You’re no longer responsible for opening every door yourself.

  8. 08

YOU FIND OUT WHAT YOU’RE ACTUALLY CAPABLE OF.

You’ve spent years proving how much you can handle. How hard you can work. How many people can depend on you. But how much you can carry was never the question. How far could you go if you stopped measuring your value by how much you do—and started seeing what all that experience could make possible?

INSIDE YOUR SIX MONTHS

You’re not one of 37 people following the same plan.

You work directly with me. One-on-one. On a strategy built around your experience, your industry, and the career you actually want.

  1. 01

    THE OPENING INTENSIVE

We start with a private 90 minute session. We look at how people see you today, how you want them to see you, and what needs to change to get you there. You leave knowing what’s actually keeping you from the next level—and what we’re going to do about it.

Your opening intensive is in addition to your twelve private sessions.

  2. 02

    TWELVE PRIVATE SESSIONS

12 one hour sessions over 6 months. Preparation for the conversations that matter, debriefs, and the deeper work on the way you see and hold your own value.

Completely confidential. Nothing leaves the room.

  3. 03

    VOXER, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

The email you want read before you hit send. The meeting you just walked out of. The opportunity you need to think through before you say yes.

You have private access to me by voice message, email, and text, so we can work through what matters, while it still matters.

  4. 04

YOUR POSITION AND POINT OF VIEW

What you want to be known for distilled and defined at an executive level. How to talk about it with authority in a way that actually sounds like you. Then, we make sure that message shows up where it matters: in the conversations, on the stages, and in front of the people shaping your industry.

  5. 05

    VISIBILITY STRATEGY

Who needs to know you. What you need to be known for. Where your voice belongs. The writing, speaking, and industry relationships that matter—and exactly how to build them. Stepping into your ambition, without becoming someone you’re not.

  6. 06

    HIGH STAKES PREPARATION

The board presentation. The interview for the role you really want. The speech in front of hundreds of people. The conversation you know you need to have but keep putting off.

I review what you’re going to say, how you’re going to say it, and what you’re going to show. Then we talk through what happened afterward, what worked, and what to do differently next time.

  7. 07

    COMPENSATION STRATEGY

What you want. What it’s worth. How to ask for it...

A bigger salary. A better title. More equity. More flexibility.

Who to talk to, when to bring it up, what to say, and how to ask for your number, then stop talking... without talking yourself out of it.

  8. 08

OVER A DECADE OF PROFESSIONAL PERSPECTIVE

I’ve spent more than a decade in sales, partnerships, and business development learning how valuable people and opportunities get recognized, evaluated, and chosen.

You get that perspective applied directly to you. What leadership is screening for at the top, what reads as executive, and the small things that can cost even the most qualified person an opportunity.

WHO THIS IS FOR

THE FORGE IS FOR YOU IF

  1. You have a real track record and the results to prove it.
  2. You know you are built for more than the seat you are in, and you are done pretending otherwise.
  3. You want influence in your field, not only a promotion inside one company.
  4. You want significantly more money and you are ready to ask for it out loud.
  5. You are willing to be seen, even when being seen is uncomfortable.
  6. You want a private advisor for every high stakes moment of the next six months.

THE FORGE IS NOT

A job search for something you need RIGHT NOW. That is different work, and The Blueprint is where I would send you.

A group program. This is built entirely around you.

A place to rehearse the same frustration for six months. You will be asked to do things differently, starting week one.

A done-for-you branding service. The Forge is private career strategy. I help you decide what needs to change, how to position yourself, and what to say. You make the updates to your résumé, LinkedIn, presentations, and other materials. I review the work, give you feedback, and help you make it stronger.

You’ve already done the work to become someone worth knowing.

NOW LET’S MAKE SURE THE RIGHT PEOPLE DO.

No group calls. No generic lessons.

Just six months of private strategy built around you.

The roles you want. The people who can open doors. The money you want to make. The name you want to build.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Neither.

The Forge is private executive strategy, one-on-one with me.

A recruiter is paid by a company to fill its role. I work for you: on your positioning, your reputation, and your relationships, whether or not there’s an opening in front of you.

Depending on your objectives, we may refine your résumé, LinkedIn, professional messaging, or other career assets. But the work extends beyond any single document or platform.

Bloom is not a recruiting firm. We don’t place candidates or act as a hiring agent for any employer.

No. And you don’t need to tell your current employer you’re exploring what’s next.

Many Bloom clients pursue their next opportunity quietly while remaining employed. That’s completely normal. Protecting your current position, income, and professional relationships while exploring what’s possible is often the smartest approach.

The Blueprint is designed to help you pursue your next role discreetly, without unnecessarily disrupting your current employment.

The Forge can also support a confidential external search, or focus on strengthening your authority, influence, and commercial value within your current organization.

Nothing here requires you to announce a search or your ambitions. What becomes visible, and when, is decided together.

You don’t have to leave where you are to start building what’s next.

That’s something we can establish together.

We begin by understanding your experience, your priorities, and what a genuinely bigger opportunity would look like.

Six months gives us room to be deliberate: to name the specific, higher-level ambition, then build your positioning, reputation, and relationships toward it, rather than narrowing quickly to whatever is open right now.

If what you need is a better role inside the next three months, The Blueprint is the better fit.

Most career services concentrate on helping you compete for the next opening.

The Forge examines how your experience creates value in the market.

We work on your positioning, communication, professional relationships, access to opportunity, and ability to negotiate from a stronger position.

It isn’t recruiting, and it isn’t about building an audience. It’s about becoming someone the right people already know, understand, and want to consider.

The next role matters.

Knowing how to create the one after it matters more.

The Blueprint is about pursuing your next role.

Three months of focused, private career strategy: the roles and companies to target, your materials, conversations with decision-makers beyond the application portal, interview preparation, and negotiating the offer.

The Forge is about becoming the person they want for the bigger one.

Six months of executive positioning: your reputation inside and beyond your company, relationships with senior decision-makers, a point of view people recognize, and compensation, influence, and flexibility that match what you’re building toward.

The Forge isn’t a longer Blueprint. It has a different objective.

The Blueprint helps you pursue the next job. The Forge helps you become the person they want for the bigger one.

No.

Bloom provides private strategy, preparation, and guidance: the opening intensive, twelve sessions, and weekday Voxer access included in your engagement.

Hiring decisions, compensation, promotions, introductions made by other people, and market conditions are outside Bloom’s control. So is any particular title or timeline.

We build the strategy, strengthen your preparation, and work through the decisions together. Your execution remains an essential part of the process.

You fill out a short application about where you are now and what you want your career to make possible next. If it looks like a good fit, we talk privately before either of us commits.

Once you’re accepted, we begin within two weeks, starting with your 90-minute opening intensive.
