FAQ

The practical part.

For when you are already considering it. The website is not the contract — your individual signed agreement governs your engagement with Bloom.

Working together

How does Bloom work?
Bloom is private strategy and consulting with Tyler Tanner. The exact structure depends on your offer and is confirmed in your individual agreement.
Where do we meet?
Private sessions are virtual, primarily on Google Meet. Zoom is used when it makes more sense.
How do we communicate between sessions?
Offers that include between-session support use Voxer. Your offer and your agreement specify the access included.
Is this private or group?
Bloom’s primary strategy engagements are private, unless the specific offer explicitly says otherwise.
Do I need to live in Arizona?
No. Most Bloom work happens virtually. Experiences held in Scottsdale say so clearly.

Choosing

What if I need something different?
Some engagements — particularly The Delegation and MONSTR — may be custom scoped. Bloom defines the scope, fee and engagement structure before any work begins.
What happens after I apply?
It depends on the door. Most offers start with the short form on this site, and you hear back with next steps. HOUSE OF BLOOM starts with a $1,000 deposit and an application, with a decision within 3 business days — and the deposit refunded if you are not accepted that round. MONSTR starts with a 45-minute conversation about your sales organisation; scope and a proposal follow once the problem is defined. If you would rather talk first, there is always a discovery call.
What is included?
Each offer page explains its primary experience. The individual signed agreement confirms the exact scope, deliverables, schedule, access, payment terms and engagement details.

Payments and agreements

How do payments work?
Payment structures vary by offer. Available options are shown before purchase, or included in your proposal or agreement.
What about contracts?
Every Bloom engagement is governed by its own signed agreement. Your individual signed agreement governs your engagement with Bloom.
Are sales final?
Yes. All Bloom purchases and payments are final and non-refundable, except where expressly stated otherwise in the applicable written agreement or where required by law.
Can I cancel after I begin?
Cancellation and termination terms are set by your signed agreement.
